New Business Development Manager Required.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an New Business Development Manager to join a well established Security Company experiencing massive growth with solid plans for further growth over the coming year, based in Dublin.
In this role you will be selling the all the company products and services portfolio to a wide array of clients.
This Security Company has been operating for over 16 years and well established in Ireland and UK, we employ over 100 staff nationwide and have plans to further our headcount.

The Position
- In this role you will be required to carry out all company sales activities yourself by growing existing accounts and developing new business opportunities.
- You will be responsible for all sales and business development for the company and also responsible for the target allocation and management of all sales
- Developing pipeline, creating opportunities, follow up on leads, pitching to senior management are all key aspects of the role.

The Person
- Minimum of 2 years sales experience
- 2 years experience with people management and budget management
- Have marketing background
- Experience negotiating and presenting at senior Level in large and small organisations.
- Positive, proactive and highly motivated
- Flexible and ambitious
- Have excellent communication and analytical skills
- A full drivers licence
- Most importantly, truly committed to a career in the Security Sector

Retail Security Officers required to work within the Nationwide Retail Division of J & I Security Sevices.
This position offers opportunity for a rewarding career in a company with a strong people orientated culture where talent is recognised, developed and rewarded. Fluent English and Static PSA Licence is essential.
The ideal candidates should have the following:
- Retail Experience
- Trained to Fetac Level 4 in Basic Guarding skills
- Proof of having applied for a Static Guard Licence to the PSA
- Have a 10 year checkable history
- Possess excellent English Communication skills
- Must be prepared to work a flexible roster, which includes weekends and late evenings.
- Must have excellent customer service skills.
